	last updated October 21, 2001 Friends is a 7 (now 8th year)-year running tv show, now starting it's seventh season on NBC's killer Thursday night line-up. It's about the love-lifes, stupid mistakes, jokes, and most often funny or ridiculus decisions of Ross Gellar (David Schwimmer), a young thrities dorky palientologist whose been divorced 3 times, and has one son from his lesbian ex-wife; Ross' sister, Monica Gellar (Courtney Cox-Arquette), a chef who just recently tied the knot with Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry), a corporate type guy with a slightly weird sense of humor, who everyone thinks is gay. Then there's Joey Tribiani (Matt LeBlanc), a struggling actor with the brains of a rock, but a heart (and he wishes something else, too ;-) the size of the empire state building; Pheobe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow), a song writer/masuse/aroma therapist whose slightly wacked; and Ross' divorce #3 and Monica's best friend, Rachel Greene (Jennifer Aniston). Whether it's Ross' latest "I take thee Rachel... I mean, Emily! I take thee Emily!"; Monica and Chandler trying to hide their relationship from the gang; or Phoebe's latest song, every episode is full of laughs.

	upcoming episodes Thursdays 8PM on NBC THE ONE WITH MONICA'S BOOTS 12/06/01 Chandler (Matthew Perry) is incensed when Monica (Courteney Cox Arquette) spends a fortune on a luscious pair of black boots but when she discovers that her sexy new footwear thrashes her feet, she puts on a brave front and walks on rather than admit that hubby knows best. Meanwhile, when a wide-eyed Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) learns that Ross' (David Schwimmer) young son attends the same school as rock star Sting's son, she angles to meet the celebrity and get concert tickets -- until she afoul of his suspicious wife, Trudie Styler (as herself). In additon, Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) tries to mediate between an angry Joey (Matt LeBlanc) and his pregnant kid sister (guest star Marla Sokoloff, "The Practice").
